Scope of application
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all deliveries from State of the Ad to consumers.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for a purpose that is predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed.
The contract of sale is concluded with State of the Ad, Eschersheimer Landstraße 42, 60322 Frankfurt am Main.
Conclusion of contract
The presentation of the products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but only an invitation to order.
By clicking the button [Buy now] you place a binding order for the products listed on the order page. Your purchase contract comes into effect with the successful payment and immediate activation of the product.
Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer (i.e. a natural person who places an order for a purpose that cannot be attributed to his or her commercial or independent professional activity), you have a right of withdrawal in accordance with the statutory provisions.
In all other respects, the regulations apply to the right of revocation, which are reproduced in detail in the following
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to revoke this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The revocation period is fourteen days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must withdraw from the contract by means of a clear declaration (preferably by e-mail).
You can use the attached sample letter, but this is not mandatory.
In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
Consequences of the revocation
If you cancel this contract, all payments received from you will be refunded immediately and at the latest within fourteen days of the day on which the notification of your cancellation of this contract was received. The same means of payment that you used for the original transaction will be used for this repayment, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged for this repayment.

The prices stated on the product pages do not include statutory VAT, as the small business regulation applies here.
Delivery takes place immediately after successful payment.
Payment is made by PayPal or credit card.
Retention of title
The goods remain the property of the supplier until full payment has been received.
